Urgent Hiring for Executive Assistant to MD profile

Location Jaipur MI Road

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Maintain reports for MD Sir.

PPT Presentations

Email Writing

Coordinate Management Office communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and coordinating with HODS.

Works closely with the Management by maintaining utmost confidentiality.

Provides support in arranging internal and external meetings of Managing Director. Preparation of Minutes of Meeting and sharing with respective stakeholders and further follow ups.

Organizes and coordinates international/domestic travel and related requirements which includes flight ticket booking, hotel bookings, coordination for visas, airport transfers, expense reports etc.

Manage Management Office.

Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

Performs other duties as required and/or assigned from time to time.
