Job Description
Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Director and managing the organization's office operations. Requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain the MD / Directors calendar and scheduling
• Draft emails and maintain the MDs email account with strict confidentiality
• Prepare minutes of the meetings in the MD / Directors meeting
• Manage and organize MD / Directors' task list in a proper format
• Maintain MD / Directors contact and address book
• Organize travel bookings with agencies
• Maintain a professional relationship with the MD / Directors of the business network
• Travelling with MD / Directors as per requirement
• Preparing business MIS reports
• Understanding and analysis strategic data
• Do all reports, mails , presentation on behalf of MD
• Preparing data, reports.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree on Commerce
Industry : Hospitality preferred

• Excellent written and oral English communication
• Consistent work experience
• Understanding workflow and creating reports
• Skilled in Excel, Google Suite
• Fluency in English-Bengali-Hindi
• Good in follow-up and execution
• Well grasp over MS Office & G-Suite/Google WorkspaceQuick learner in understanding the work given
• Professional attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
