Job Description
Personal Assistant / Assistant to Managing Director
l Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
l Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
l Prepare and organize documentation, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the MD.
l Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
l Draft letters, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
l Ensure smooth communication between the MD’s office and internal teams
l Track and follow up on pending tasks, decisions, and action items.
l Assist in project coordination, data collection, and performance reporting.
l Plan, book, and manage travel itineraries (domestic and international).
l Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution of meeting notes.
l Maintain records, files, and databases for easy retrieval of key documents.
l Support preparation of board papers and presentations.
l Handle some personal errands and tasks as delegated by the MD.
l Manage and prioritize incoming communications, calls, and visitors.
l Maintain an organized filing and record management system.
Requirement :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. 3–7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role (preferably supporting senior management or executives).
3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
5. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
6. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
7. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
8. Flexible and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
9. Standard office hours with flexibility for extended hours as needed.
10. Occasional travel or off-site work may be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
