Description
Will directly report to Managing director and Director of company.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Managing Director ability to effectively lead the organization.
Assisting in projects: designing and producing complex documents, reports, mails and presentations collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties
Work and Follow up with the Team to coordinate the MD's outreach activities.
Manage emails, information, and other communications answer where possible – highlight and prioritise those that need MD attention.
Plan and maintain MD's calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise and set agendas and action points for all his meetings.
