About the Role The position entails consistent administrative and operational support to the MD and assists in managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities To organize and manage daily activities which include scheduling and organizing meetings and conference calls, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications Arrange and confirm local, domestic, and international travel for the senior management; Maintain files, keeping record of the organization, monitoring and checking all reports within the organization Organizing and maintaining the executive's files and records Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties, provide effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation; To arrange and manage other supporting activities as assigned Key Requirements Bachelor's degree / Masters will be an added advantage 5 years of experience or above as an Executive Secretary or Assistant in a multi-national company; Good communication skills; Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information; Strong organizational, project and time management skills; Ability to manage multi-task and prioritize workload; detail-oriented; Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work; Proficiency with MS Office tools; Proactive, flexible.
