What You’ll Do
Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. As a standalone company, the Mobility business will be more focused and agile, creating exciting opportunities for employees to grow, innovate, and help shape the future of mobility. The separation reflects strong confidence in the Mobility team and positions the new company as an employer of choice in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
Provide executive support to the Managing Director, ensuring priorities, time, and key engagements run smoothly. Lead core office administration and facilities coordination to maintain a safe, compliant, and high‑quality workplace experience.
This position is responsible for sourcing , having following responsibility:
1. Executive Support to Managing Director
Proactively manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and priorities, ensuring optimal use of time and focus on business critical matters
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders engaging with the MD
Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and executive communications
Organize and support MD led meetings, leadership reviews, townhalls, and key business interactions
Track decisions, action items, owners, and timelines arising from MD meetings and drive follow through
Manage end to end travel planning for the MD, including leadership visits, customer meetings, and VIP engagements
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Interface effectively with senior leaders, global teams, customers, and external partners on behalf of the MD
Ensure timely information flow, approvals, and responses, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Support coordination of leadership visits, executive reviews, and critical organizational events
Confidentiality, Governance & Process Discipline
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
Maintain structured records of correspondence, approvals, and key MD documentation
Support governance discipline through documentation, trackers, and follow up mechanisms
Office Administration & Facilities Support
Oversee day to day office administration, including facilities, housekeeping, security, and reception coordination
Ensure a safe, professional, and well maintained workplace for employees and visitors
Coordinate with facility management and service vendors to ensure service quality and continuity
Vendor, Asset & Cost Management
Manage office vendors, service agreements, and renewals in line with company standards
Track office assets, supplies, and administrative inventories
Support cost discipline and budget adherence for office administration expenses
Compliance, Safety & Employee Support
Support adherence to internal policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements related to office operations
Maintain audit ready administrative documentation and records
Coordinate onboarding and visitor logistics, including workspace readiness, access, and hospitality
Qualifications
Graduate , additional qualifications will be an advantage
3-6 years of experience working in MD ‘s office and Basic Administration
Skills
Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Cross Functions Team Working Skills due to Matrix Organization reporting
