The Opportunity

This is not your typical Executive Assistant role.

You won’t just manage calendars — you’ll manage momentum.
You won’t just organize schedules — you’ll support strategy.
You won’t just answer emails — you’ll elevate communication.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the trusted partner who brings clarity, focus, and structure to a fast‑moving environment. You will help connect people, information, and priorities in ways that strengthen our entire organization.

If you love anticipating needs, creating order, building relationships, and helping leaders thrive — you will love this role.

What You’ll Do

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and daily workflow to ensure time is invested where it matters most.
Oversee inbox management — triaging emails, drafting responses, and ensuring follow‑through.
Act as a thoughtful gatekeeper, balancing access with relationship‑building.
Prepare briefing notes, talking points, research, and meeting prep materials.
Reconcile credit cards and manage executive expenses.
Handle confidential information with exceptional discretion and professionalism.
Leadership, Board & Governance Support

Support the Executive Team and Advisory Board with scheduling, travel, reporting, and meeting coordination.
Serve as Corporate Secretary for the Advisory Board — preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, ensuring governance compliance, and drafting confidential minutes.
Attend leadership and board meetings to capture minutes, track commitments, and support action items.
Communication & Information Management

Draft polished internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.
Manage document flow and signature processes, including liaison with legal counsel.
Maintain organized, intuitive digital and physical filing systems.
Operations, Events & Client Relations

Coordinate meetings, events, and special functions (catering, materials, technology, venues).
Build positive relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Assist with proposals, marketing content, and presentations.
Keep databases and contact lists updated and accurate.
Support HR with Company Events and Engagement Initiative
Culture, Rhythm & Special Projects

Be a culture champion by creating a warm, welcoming environment for employees and guests.
Support CEO‑led initiatives, special projects, and company‑wide events.
Help maintain organizational rhythm by ensuring follow‑through on priorities.
Who You Are

You are warm, intuitive, highly organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You bring:

A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they arise.
High emotional intelligence and strong relationship‑building skills.
Excellent communication — polished, clear, and empathetic.
The ability to stay calm and grounded even when things shift quickly.
A love for helping others succeed and bringing clarity to complexity.
A deep appreciation for confidentiality, trust, and integrity.
A natural talent for creating structure and supporting leaders.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

You become a true partner — not just an assistant — to the CEO.
You have a direct impact on the culture, rhythm, and effectiveness of the entire organization.
You work with leaders who value kindness, collaboration, and authenticity.
Your contributions are visible, meaningful, and deeply appreciated.
You join a company with strong roots, strong values, and a strong future.
What We Offer

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
