The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive provides high-level professional management of the Office of the Chief Executive in a timely and responsive manner. Responsible for coordinating all activities of the CE Office through providing executive, secretarial, administrative, project and event management support to the Chief Executive.


Ensuring that all activities and responsibilities required by the Chief Executive are carried out efficiently, effectively, diplomatically, in complete confidence, systematically and in line with good governance processes to enable effective leadership of the agency and delivery of the strategic objectives. As the key interface for the Chief Executive, this position will cultivate collaborative relationships and will work autonomously and as part of the broader Executive Assistant team, to proactively manage the workflow of all Executive Directors into the Office of the Chief Executive and wherever possible anticipating the administration support required.
