Job Description
Lastly, this individual will be responsible for managerial, research, and admin-related tasks given by the founder. This candidate should be able to work round the clock, particularly in the USA Pacific Daylight Timezone (PDT).
Responsibilities :
• The candidate will attend important board and committee meetings with the founder. They should be able to document the minutes of the meetings.
• Oversee and document financial information related to the company. This includes reimbursements and arrears too.
• Overseeing legal entity management along with the Legal team of Branch Karma
• Answering and directing phone and video calls
• Helping with forming proper descriptions when recruiting directors and executive roles.
• Collaborating with executive teams
• Maintaining company schedules and corporate records digitally.
• Help out with vendor management of different projects under Branch Karma
• Is able to liaise between different clients and teams within and outside of the company.
Requirements :
• 8 - 12 hour work shifts. Should be able to work in the US Timings (PDT)
• Very confident command of the English language. If the candidate knows more languages, it’s a plus point.
• Proven record of communicating, negotiating, and convincing high-profile clients during meetings.
• Should always be available on messages. Calls will be made only when urgent.
• You will handle the professional and some personal tasks of the founder.
• Adhere to confidentiality.
• The candidate will work for global clients, mainly for the US Market.
• Previous experience in real estate with be a plus
• Should know basic stock market knowledge and trading.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, quick learner, and ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
The Executive Assistant will directly report to the Founder of Branch Karma. The budget for this role is 50,000 INR to 80,000 INR per month basis.
