Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: The Executive Secretary to the Managing Trustee provides comprehensive administrative support to management and the organization. Key responsibilities include:
• Screening and prioritizing incoming correspondence and reports for review by the Managing Trustee and Director.
• Managing deadlines and initiating preliminary actions on incoming requests.
• Independently composing letters and communications in response to inquiries.
• Conducting regular web research on donors, funding agencies, CSR activities, and other topics as directed.
• Establishing and maintaining effective filing and records management systems.
• Managing the scheduling and event calendar of the Managing Trustee.
• Recording and distributing meeting minutes.
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduation in any discipline with 2 to 3 years of experience in nonprofits, trusts, foundations, or related sectors.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in word processing programs and spreadsheets.
• Strong English language skills including spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in managing travel arrangements, including flight and hotel reservations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
