Job Role:- Executive Assistant to Vice President
Job Summary: - The Executive Assistant at MPower plays a critical role in providing organized operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of all initiatives. This position serves as the primary point of contact for internal meetings and communications with the Vice President- Operations (V.P), upholding Mpower's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Educational Qualifications: - Any Graduate
Experience: - Minimum 4 years in a similar role
Salary: - As per Industry Standards
Location: - Mumbai (Worli)
Duties and Responsibilities: -
Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the VP - Operations and leadership team.
- Maintain minutes of meetings (MOM) and update task lists to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate and arrange travel for team members and the chairperson as required.
- Reimbursement- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/fortnightly Management Information Systems (MIS). - Support planning and execution of events and other Mpower initiatives.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for document preparation and presentations.
- Handle and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- All miscellaneous work assigned by the Vice President – Operations (VP)
- Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Note: - The above job will be on contract basis, and the contract will be valid till 31st March 2026. Later on, will be extended or transferred to other departments as EA, subject to evaluation of performance.
