Job Role The Executive Assistant shall assist Head Consumer Bank in overviewing & executing strategic initiatives & ensuring that all the end results are met within timelines. Primary responsibilities include - Execution of business strategies/customer journeys in conjunction with various internal/ external stakeholders Ensuring all projects/initiatives by Head - Consumer Bank are closely tracked against milestones & deadlines To monitor and manage the project progress and ensure that any elements which fail in the workflow are remedied by working in close coordination with key stakeholders Analyze business data & arrive at key metrics significant to management decision making & strategic planning Work closely with cross-functional teams, for program management, monitoring deliverables & key metrics Job Requirements An engineering Graduate with MBA with an experience of 5-7 years in Projects/Sales/Analytics/ Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously Focused, assertive, a good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative Experience of successfully engaging management and groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
