Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
Handle and manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain and update the office filing system, both electronic and physical.
Prepare and distribute official documents, memos, and reports.
2 Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between the executive team, employees, and external parties.
Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other documents.
Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.
3. Calendar Management:
Maintain and update executives' calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments and
meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
4. Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and action items.
Manage and update contact lists, databases, and other organizational records.
5. Support for Meetings:
Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations.
Take and distribute minutes during meetings.
6. Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
