• Work with cross functional team for NPD and to achieve new product’s sale.
• Formulate & negotiate price correction mechanism with customers to maintain profitability.
• Tooling cost recovery.
• New customer’s development.
• Exposure of handling Domestic as well as international customers.
• Preparation of budget / Market plan
• Prepare and present different Business Unit MIS.
• Maintaining IATF and other system compliance
