We are seeking a self-motivated and resourceful chef to join our team at Woodie Woodie Mine. Reporting to the Catering Leading Hand, the successful applicant will be responsible for menu preparation, stock control, and maintaining food safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum C class driver's license, National Police Clearance, Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and FoodSafe certificate. Previous experience in mass-catering environments and strong commitment to health, safety, and environment policies are also essential.
