Job Description
1. Menu Development & Recipe Innovation
• Design and develop new recipes across multiple cuisines, aligning with Chai Nagri’s brand identity.
• Innovate and refine menu items to keep offerings fresh and exciting for customers.
• Standardize recipes to ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation across all outlets.
2. Quality Control & Food Standards
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness in compliance with FSSAI regulations.
• Ensure ingredient quality and maintain relationships with vendors for premium raw materials.
• Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks to maintain brand consistency.
3. Training & Supervision
• Train kitchen staff and franchise chefs on standard recipes, cooking techniques, and plating.
• Oversee onboarding and skill development of new chefs hired for franchise outlets.
• Implement SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, and safety protocols.
4. Kitchen Operations & Efficiency
• Supervise and streamline kitchen operations to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels, control food wastage, and optimize resource utilization.
• Implement cost-effective kitchen management strategies to maintain profitability.
5. Research & Development
• Stay updated with food trends and customer preferences to introduce innovative dishes.
• Experiment with fusion cuisines and specialty teas to enhance the Chai Nagri experience.
• Develop seasonal and promotional menu items to attract customers.
6. Hiring & Team Building
• Identify and recruit skilled chefs and kitchen staff as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and agencies to source, interview, and finalize candidates.
• Ensure all hired chefs undergo proper training and align with Chai Nagri’s culinary standards.
7. Collaboration & Branding
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote new dishes and seasonal offerings.
• Assist in food styling for social media campaigns, photoshoots, and video content.
• Represent Chai Nagri at food festivals, culinary events, and brand collaborations.
8. Customer Experience & Feedback Management
• Engage with customers to understand preferences and enhance food offerings.
• Analyze customer feedback and reviews to improve menu items.
• Maintain a balance between authentic flavors and creative twists to cater to diverse tastes.
Key Skills & Attributes Required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
