Job Title: Executive Chef De Partie
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef De Partie to join our culinary team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
You will work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency in the kitchen.
• To oversee the assigned station / section and the relevant employees to ensure that food products are prepared according to the standard required.
• To maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
• To follow standard recipes and minimise waste to help ensure that food products are prepared efficiently.
• To train the employees as necessary in the preparation and presentation of the items.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a senior chef de partie or equivalent position.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff members.
