Looking for a kitchen/factory manager who can oversee all factory operations and take care of production with the top priority being quality. Job will require strong skills in people management, communication, quality control, production management, inventory management, and cost control.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining utmost hygiene and following strict protocol on the factory floor
Maintaining records for ISO and FSSC audits
Working closely with the director and making weekly production plans
Efficient execution of weekly production plan
Implementing cost control measures
Generating production efficiency in the factory
Managing a team of 50 kitchen staff
Ensuring 100% quality control on daily production

Salary: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
