Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Anantam Resort kasauli located in Kasauli. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the food production and culinary operations, designing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in culinary arts, food preparation, and menu planning

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Creativity and innovation in culinary creations

• Ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff

• Culinary degree or relevant certification

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
