Executive Chef Leader
About the Role:
Compass Group New Zealand, a leading provider of food and support services, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team at Victoria University of Wellington.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality food and providing exceptional customer service. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a kitchen team to deliver consistent and delicious meals, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with relevant leadership experience and a proven track record of managing budgets and teams. They will also hold relevant food safety certificates and have experience in modern cuisine and presentation.
