Looking for an experienced chef who loves ingredients and is capable of heading the expansion of The Fresh Factory in other cities. Propagating conscious eating, using clean methods and great quality ingredients - that’s the core of The Fresh Factory.
Role Description
- Daily Kitchen Operations and coordinating kitchen staff
- Setting up SOPs & KRAs for the kitchen
- Food Consistency & Cost Control
- Ensuring food safety regulations, hygiene and cleanliness
- R&D and Menu planning
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports
- Planning and Forecasting
Qualifications
• Extensive culinary experience and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Passion for clean eating and sustainable food practices
• Travel & extensive eating experience is a bonus
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to create super innovative menu
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience of heading multiple outlets would be preferred
