We are currently recruiting for a Executive Chef at Booking.com.
Location: Booking.com
Rate of pay: £42,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities
Excellent technical cooking skills, knowldege of culinary ingredients and practices.
Develop innovative menus and culinary concepts that cater to our target customer base.
Readiness to thrive under pressure.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team.
Train and mentor, the kitchen team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Implement sand maintain food safety, health and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
Oversee budgeting for the kitchen, including food costs, supplies and labour.
Adapt to changing industry and trends and customer preferences, keeping our offerings fresh and relevant.
Maintain a professional and supportive attitude.
