Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a culinary strategy to create sophisticated and exceptional culinary experiences.
- Drive innovation, generate new recipe ideas, find new sourcing opportunities, and continuously improve food offerings.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including equipment maintenance, inventory, staff training, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain and enhance the food quality of existing product lines, staying up-to-date on emerging food trends and modern industry techniques.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer experience departments to develop relationships with clients and provide consultative culinary advice on events.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the menu and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales.
- Ensure food safety guidelines and safety training are in place and followed at all times.
- Build and inspire a highly engaged culinary team to deliver high-quality culinary experiences.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
