Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Chef who will be responsible for training, managing kitchen personnel, supervising and coordinating all culinary related activities. As an executive chef you would have to estimate food consumption and requirements, standardize recipes to ensure consistent quality, establish presentation techniques and quality standards. You must also ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen.Must Haves -1. Cook tasty and healthy food2. Graduation in Hotel Management or equivalent, any nutrition related course will be an advantage3. 2-3 years proven work experience in a respected field4. In depth knowledge of nutrition5. Excellent verbal and written communication, fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English languages6. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office toolsRoles & Responsibilities -1. Design a healthy and nutrient rich food menu that satisfies quality standards.2. Ensure food is prepared in a timely, healthy and consistent manner3. Supervise kitchen staff's activities, assist if needed4. Maintaining Quality levels of storage, presentation, production of food5. Maintain hygiene standards and proper grooming for all kitchen staffs6. Managing kitchen staff7. Estimating food requirements and labor/ food costs8. Coordinate with the Operations team for daily activities, budgeting, any maintenance and service of cafeteria assetsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
