Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared safely and efficiently.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.
Collaborate with management to develop new menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health standards.
Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing a team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu development is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00-$24.14 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
