Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at The Fern Hotels & Resorts in Bijapur. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining food quality, safety, and cleanliness while adhering to established standards.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Expertise in cuisine and menu planning
• Experience with food cost management and inventory control
• Experience in high-volume production and catering
• Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Preferred experience in hotels and resorts
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
