- Work closely with the operations and technical teams and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable

- Deliver an excellent client experience, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
- Objective-driven individual.
- Review their own performance and aim at improving it at every level.
- To work with other departments in executing corporate projects and plans.
