Position Overview: We are looking for an Executive- Communications & Branding to join our team at AND Academy. If you have a passion for writing, a creative mind, and a drive to produce engaging content, this is the role for you! You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to create compelling brand narratives and help aspiring designers connect with our vision. Qualification: A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputed institution, preferably with a focus on design, marketing, or related fields. Internship or work experience in content writing, marketing, or the education sector is a significant advantage. Skills : Communication Excellence: Strong written and spoken communication skills with a passion for storytelling. Creativity & Aesthetic Sense: A creative mind with an eye for design and branding. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with IT tools, including email, calendars, and spreadsheets; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva is a bonus. Social Media Fluency: Ability to conceptualize and produce short videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Analytical Skills: Experience with analytics tools and reporting to measure content performance. Professional Integrity: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude. Job Description: Content Creation & Distribution : Develop and manage content across multiple formats (excluding blogs) for platforms such as websites, emails, brochures, social media, and ad campaigns. Engage Target Audience : Craft versatile content that resonates with aspiring designers, promotes the brand, and drives engagement.Collaboration : Work with senior team members to produce industry-leading content while adhering to brand guidelines. Campaign Execution : Support brand marketing campaigns with creative content and ensure timely delivery. Coordination : Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to meet deadlines and maintain content standards. Influencer Outreach : Connect with industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and promotions. Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest features and trends on social media platforms to leverage new opportunities.
