Job Title: Executive – Compliance Experience: Fresher to 6 Months Location: On-site Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (In-hand) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Executive – Compliance who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who wish to build their career in HR operations, compliance management, and related administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, etc.) Support HR and admin teams in day-to-day compliance documentation and filing work Prepare and maintain Excel reports and HR databases Draft and respond to official emails and documentation in Word Coordinate with on-site teams for compliance and attendance records Learn and support various HR operational tasks as assigned Required Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting Basic computer proficiency Strong communication and coordination skills Eagerness to learn HR and compliance-related work Attention to detail and willingness to work on-site Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc or equivalent) Benefits: Fooding and accommodation provided PF and ESIC coverage as per company policy On-the-job training in HR and compliance processes Growth opportunities within the HR department Work Location: On-site , Nagothane Who Can Apply: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience Candidates willing to work on-site and build a long-term career in HR compliance
