Job Description
Sales of Holiday Packages Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Ensuring quality service by following the organization standards Achieving sales targets Work directly with any Customers/Clients via phone in order to persuade them to buy any product. This Call Center role will span across line functions at TCIL. This role would require doing bookings against leads assigned, by maximizing query conversions, while being compliant to set organizational standards.
Requirement
Excellent Communication Skills.
Previous Experience of Call Center Sales (Any Product).
Selling Holiday Packages or Travel Industry experience is an added advantage.
