Job Description
• Responsible for Management Information Systems, such as generating MIS Reports & Analysis, Cost updates & Roll-up, Monthly consumption, Efficiency Report, Monthly Stock statement, Non-moving & Slow Moving Inventory Analysis, Cost Analysis for Sales Enquiry, Quarter Estimate and any other information
• Carry out Calculation of overhead, Imported Material customs duty, Landed cost calculation, Cost movement update, expense tracking, Efficiency analysis & Royalty Calculation
• Prepare cost records and conduct statutory cost audit
• Participate and conduct Cost audits, Third-party audits, Stock valuation for Bank audits, SOX compliance & financial audit
• Prepare and update Machine completion, variance data and other MIS.
• Carry out Margin explanation for machine shipment, Margin for new business, supplier-wise monthly purchase, weekly & monthly reports, Capex ROI & DCF analysis
• Carry out Job Costing, Margin Analysis, Standard Costing & Variance analysis
• Carry out Inventory Valuation & Analysis and Monitor Overheads
• Knowledge of setups in ERP systems for inventory and consumption
• Ensure monthly creation and monitoring of Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet & various Ratios
• Preparation of analytical reports and review presentations
