JD for Executive Costing / MIS/ Business Plan
Assisting in Preparing Yearly and Monthly Budgeted Income Statement.
Monthly Reconciliation of Material Consumption with Standard Bill of Material.
Maintaining Monthly Reports for Department wise Salary & Wages, Power Consumption, Stores and Other Utility Consumed.
Carrying out variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
MIS maintenance for Sales V/S Cost of Product Reports Category wise and Segment wise, Profitability of Product Category wise and Segment wise, Stock Carrying Days Out Reports, Cash Flow Statement, Production Capacity V/S Utilization Report and impact of it in cost of Production etc.
MIS Maintenance like Sales Analysis Reports, Stock Analysis Reports and Consumption Analysis Reports.
Perform data analysis for generating various MIS for all Units / Companies as per timelines and accuracy.
Preparing Cost Control Sheet on monthly basis for All units / Divisions.
Responsible for Production Cost product wise and analysing monthly cost variances.
Examine Standard Costs against actuals to identify process inefficiencies, improvement opportunities and Low profit products.
Stock Valuation for Annual Balance Sheet and Quarterly Balance Sheet
Undertake Profitability Improvement Project for all Units and provide suggestions on various areas which can lead to continuous improvement.
Assisting in managing accounting operations and maintaining books of accounts in line with the statutory regime.
Qualifications:- CA / ICWA having 2-5 years’ experience in Costing / MIS/ Budgeting
