• Provides product and technical knowledge, resolving issues surrounding installation, usage, upgrade, and training.
• May respond to customer calls and sends issue to appropriate level to satisfy customer requirements.
• Partners with Customer Service representatives to identify customer training and support needs.
• Completes proper documentation of issues used for future analysis.
