• Duties and Responsibilities - • Providing training to all Branch level/ Area level resources on Gold Loan Process and Operations • Regular Review Controlling as well as Monitoring of gold loan Policy Processes Auditing and Compliance with the Policy as laid down • Monitoring & reviewing the performance of the branches for maintaining the uniformity in gold loan & cash process • Periodic branch visit and verify the quality quantity and inventory of pledged gold and cash • To verify the records and registers to ascertain whether there is any lapses/discrepancy in maintaining such records • To verify that all statutory requirements are fulfilled at branch and all necessary certificates licenses and notices are put in place • To verify whether there are any lapses in security and safety of the branch and assets • To...
