About the Role
Penny Cook Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Second Chef to join their successful and established customer-facing restaurant in the UK. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with fresh food daily menus, using the best local produce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Head Chef to prepare and cook meals to a high standard.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a senior chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure, ensuring timely meal delivery.
