The ideal candidate will oversee every stage of dish preparation, ensuring each plate meets the company's strict quality guidelines.
You will work closely with management and staff to discuss and resolve any food preparation or service issues that may arise.
A key aspect of this role is mentoring kitchen staff on advanced cooking techniques and best practices.
The successful candidate must uphold strict hygiene and safety regulations, training team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
You will also participate in the selection and training of new kitchen staff, fostering a supportive and skilled team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior kitchen management position.
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
