Job Role & Responsibility :
- Responding to the customer requests over call/ChatEmail.
- Provide customers with transaction information.
- Transfer customer query to appropriate staff (as and when asked for).
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
- Provide true information to customer regarding transaction.
Minimum Awareness :
- Basic computer knowledge
- Hindi or English communication
- Customer handling
