Corporate office at BANER location and the warehouse at Talegoan MIDC.
Job Responsibilties:
Calling customers for their feedback about their experience from placing orders to receiving their orders.
Provide comprehensive and accurate information of plants and related products.
Address customer complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective resolution as per company policies.
Will be responsible to ensure customer happiness.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve customer grievances and special requests.
Ensure you are there with the customer every step of the way.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule assigned.
Flexible with work schedule; may be expected to work weekends and holidays.
Assisting the customer delight team with inbound calls/emails/fresh chat when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience in relevant field (feedback calling/post sales service)
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
Must be energetic, positive, flexible, and proactive with a natural sense of curiosity, a can-do attitude and the desire to make work fun!
