Customer calling and support (Customer complaints, Order query, Product information)
Creating & resolving customer tickets on customer support desk.
Submission of MIS report to the management.
Managing CRM software and Abandoned cart.
Coordinating with the technical team for the repairs.
Handling Sales Order, Packaging, Invoice, shipment and closing the order.
Coordinating with the courier Partners.
Responsible for Ecommerce websites order processing.
Responsible for contributing information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
