Full Job Description
· Distributing mails to right department by assigning stars.
· Respond to each mail within 15 mins.
Give availability status to customer as per requirement.
Make daily SO’s & handover to Purchase department on time.
Checking status of open SO’s
Follow up of
a) Pending Quotations
b) Open SO’s
c) Ordered material
d) Dispatch details
Handling customer complaints on time.
