Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs 2. Training Delivery 3. Data management 4. End to end Project handling 5. Implement various learning methods 6. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities and responsible for overall completion % of learning courses 7. Preparing dashboards as per business requirements of learning MIS and maintenance of data base
