Demonstrated success in designing and implementing mental health/addiction treatment programs.
Understanding of mental health/addiction landscape, issues and centers of influence
Proven leadership capability in rallying an organization – staff, owners, volunteers
Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards
Direct and supervise the Administrative Activities of the clinical and administrative staff.
Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, employing, coaching, disciplining and discharging of all administrative staff.
Oversee the maintenance of personnel and payroll records of all employees.
Procure all program services, office supplies and medical supplies.
Maintain all cash balances and reconciliation of bank accounts.
Disburse funds in payments of accounts payable and payroll.
Participate in decisions regarding program, marketing and public relations plans.
Make decisions regarding financial budgeting, cash management and annual capital expenditure needs.
Understands the standards of practice.
Practices the Center’s Code of Ethics.
Functions within all standards of the Center.
Oversee senior management, middle management, clinical management and administrative management.
Provides for a well-managed Center.
Provides for clear lines of responsibility and accountability within all departments.
Consistently communicates and reports to the Board of Directors.
Oversees the planning and formulation of all policies and programs which will enhance and further the corporation and recommends them for approval by the Board of Directors.
Execute all decisions of the Board of Directors.
Execute contracts and commitments authorized by the Board of Directors.
Plan organize and direct programs and services.
Evaluate results of compliance audits (ie., HCFA, JCAHO, DHCS etc.) and recommend policies based on those results.
Oversee budget matters and legal issues.
Establish organizational structure.
Oversee all aspects of the clinical programs to ensure quality and initiate any quality improvement that may be necessary.
Demonstrate knowledge and management of fiscal responsibilities.
Operate within an annual budget, which is approved by the Board of Directors.
Arrange for an annual independent audit upon approval by the Boards of Directors.
Seek outside financial assistance in the form of lines of credits.
Oversee public relations activities.
Oversee daily email inbox activity by prioritizing urgent messages, responding to inquiries, forwarding emails, tracking action items, and following up as needed.
Maintain effective relationships with related organizations in the mental health field, and maintain memberships in, and attends seminars at, such organizations.
Responsible to the Board of Directors for the administration of the corporate office and for proper interpretation and fulfillment of his/her functions, responsibilities, authority and relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
