Job Summary
• Manage and Grow Transaction banking revenues in line with budget(as per JO)
• Manage economic return while employing sound risk management discipline
• Manage Sales, product and solution delivery team in achieving the goals for the business
Responsibilities
• Drive Superior financial performance

• Responsible for maintaining sustainable growth of revenue for the West/East CB Clients
• Revenue and Sales monitoring for Trade and Cash
• Ensure adhering to all the internal and external regulations to compliance risk monitoring as an integral part of the business process
• Ensure that the business meets its obligation under group policy and standards and under the local laws and regulations
Strategy
• Promote a strong sales culture
• Market intelligence to provide inputs to product team and new ideas and product gaps
• Develop Team in the area of conducting high level calling at the CFO/MD levels and give complete solution based selling
• Ensure Sales discipline via effective use of workbench
• Driving discussion with the credit team
• Encouraging cross sell of products and monitoring overall profitability of the relationship
• Promoting Transaction Banking Sales for cash and Trade including SCF & RS
• Effectively engage the CB team/Compliance and legal in achieving the goals for TB
Business
• Overall growth of Transaction Banking revenue in the region and the rest of the network

• Organise and carry out competitors benchmarking exercise to help shape the banks sales, marketing, product, pricing and service strategies
• Lead and co-ordinate customer surveys (Internal and External)
• Represent SCB at Thought Leadership
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the .
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead the TB Sales Function of India CCIB,(LC West/East) to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
