Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as an office manager for the Office of Constituent and Grievance Services. This role will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and providing administrative support to the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Departmental Information Line.
Receive and process requests for extraction of complaints and Letters of Incarceration.
Manage supply levels, maintain office needs, and coordinate daily unit requests.
Requirements
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community-centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community-centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
Education and/or experience which is equivalent to '1' or '2' above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in '1' above.
