Experience: 25 Years
Qualification:
B.E Mechanical/Mining+ M.Tech/M.B.A
Industry Preference:
Earth Moving or Construction Equipment or Heavy Machineries/Equipment
Key Result Areas:
Develop vision and mission.
Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets, customers and peer groups / competitors.
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
Responsible for developing the second in command within the department.
Sets standards for continuous improvement of the business as a whole.
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.

Overall Roles & Responsibilities:
Co-create Vision and Mission for the Business and Inspire entire Organization for its achievement.
Assess the external Environment on periodic basis.
Strategize approach to changing Market situation based on trend analysis.
Evaluate Strategic options to achieve the Objectives.
Guide and support team in developing cogent medium and short term business strategies.
Coordinate and align functional and process strategies.
Periodically review, monitor and intervene for mid-course correction.
Evaluate effectiveness of Organization Design and remedy deficiencies, as needed.
Harmonize alignment of different functions/department for Operational efficiency.
Review process accountabilities for key positions and initiate remedial action.
Create systems and processes for individual and collective accountability towards fulfilment of the expectations of Business.
Develop system for establishing high performance measures and stretch targets across various Leadership levels.
Benchmark performance within and outside organization for continuous improvement.
Ensure a competent Workforce with appropriate succession and growth strategies for vibrant and sustainable Organization.
