Job Description

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the operational aspects of our strategic initiatives and ensure successful implementation. This 100% volunteer role requires professionalism, confidentiality, competency, and proficiency in representing Educacion Diversa.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in managing complex operations within a non-profit organization, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in managing complex operations within a non-profit organization.

Strong understanding of non-profit principles.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business Administration (MBA) preferred but not essential.
