The Australian Capital Territory Solicitor is looking for a talented General Manager to join its Senior Executive Group. As a key member of the group, the General Manager will work closely with the Solicitor-General and other senior executives to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and success.
The Role requires a high level of autonomy, expertise and influence to ensure the capabilities required for effective and responsive delivery of legal services to the Territory. Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring the organisation's governance, financial, technological, physical and people resources are effectively managed
Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
Developing and implementing business strategies and plans to drive growth and success
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business outcomes in complex environments and will possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
