Volunteers of America-Greater New York is a leading anti-poverty organization dedicated to ending homelessness in the New York area by 2050. We operate over 60 programs across New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester County, providing emergency, transitional, and permanent housing services.
We are seeking an experienced Program Director to manage the delivery of services to residents within our policies and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, with three years of supervisory experience.
The Program Director will be responsible for:
Developing and marketing program services
Managing program services for quality and consistency
Managing program personnel
Managing fiscal operations
Managing program facilities
Managing community and governmental relations
