About Tea-cup Cottage:

Tea-cup Cottage is an NDIS registered disability support provider that helps people with disabilities live a more fulfilling life. They offer a range of services including short-term accommodation, in-home support, community access, day programs, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

The role involves leading and managing company operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives. This includes collaborating with the Managing Director and Leadership Team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and long-term success.

A key focus is on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices for scalable growth. The position requires strong leadership in mentoring senior managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation while ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination across business units such as HR, Finance and Marketing.
