Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, NCH, the Executive Director, Surgical Services operates within the NCH executive team, actively contributing to the operational and strategic leadership of NCH, facilitating a positive high performing culture.
The Executive Director is responsible for all business, operational and strategic management within the clinical division, from delivery of end-to-end services, management of the division’s workforce (irrespective of the area of speciality or classification), governance and quality and safety.
It is expected that the Executive Director will have a unique understanding of the responsibilities and accountabilities of this role and provide outstanding leadership, communicate professionally and work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a team.
Contract: The successful applicant will be placed on a short-term contract for six months with possibility of extension up to two years.
Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $265,4+2 - $276,106 depending on current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $235,867.
